HOW TO APPLY

All badge applicants must complete the required documentation, pass the necessary background checks and successfully complete training. All the forms needed for the badging process are individually linked in the steps below and are fillable on your computer. The forms cannot be saved, so if you do not finish filling out a form before you close it out, you will need to start again when you reopen the form. Just follow the steps below or print this checklist.

If you are unsure about what forms you need to complete, your employer can guide you. Once completed, print the forms, and return to your employer for approval and further instructions.

If you have a Disqualifying Crime, you will need to speak to the employer’s designated Authorized Signatory.

You will bring this form to the Badging Office.

5. If your job requires you to drive equipment or vehicles on any part of the airport where aircraft operations occur or in restricted areas, complete and sign the Driver’s License Verification for Operating on the AOA of WRWA.

You will bring this form to the Badging Office at which time you will be scheduled for driver training.

6. For all lost, stolen or destroyed badges, complete and sign the Lost Security Badge form.

You will bring this form to the Badging Office, along with the required items above.

Please double-check that you have completed all the applicable documents. All forms must first be brought to your employer’s designated Authorized Signatory for review and signatures and then to the badging office. Do not fold any of the documents.
