The Oklahoma City Airport Trust encourages certified Small Business Enterprises
(SBE’s) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE’s) to attend pre-bid meetings
and bid or subcontract on all our projects. Certified small and disadvantaged firms
are especially welcome to participate in federally-assisted Airport projects, if
qualified. A small business which is not certified as a DBE or SBE, but which may
qualify for either status, is encouraged to contact the Oklahoma Department of Transportation
(ODOT) Civil Rights Division for information and assistance becoming certified.
