Security regulations prohibit any vehicle from being left unattended within 300 feet of the terminal building. This applies to the front entrances of the terminal on both the arrival and departure levels. Any vehicle left unattended will be ticketed and towed.

Additionally, visitors are not allowed to park and wait in their vehicles for arriving passengers in front of the terminal building. There are a couple of options if your party has not arrived when you get to the terminal.

•The hourly parking garage offers one (1) hour of FREE parking. This allows you to park and come inside the terminal to drop off or greet passengers.

•The airport provides two cell-phone waiting areas, where you can wait for your passenger to call upon their arrival. These are located just across the street from the shuttle parking lot and by the flag plaza just to the north of the shuttle. Please make sure that your passenger is ready to be picked up when they call so that you are not parking in the pick-up zones in front of the terminal. This will congest traffic and risk being ticketed.

Accessibility

All of the parking facilities have designated handicap spaces.

In the parking garage, the handicap spaces are located on every floor next to the elevators. The elevators will take you to a climate-controlled tunnel that connects to the terminal building.

In the shuttle lots, the handicap spaces are located next to the pickup shelters. One ADA accessible van is always in circulation. Should a non-accessible van pull up to the pickup shelter, the bus driver will immediately call for an accessible van to come to that station. The bus will drop you off on the ticketing level. Pickup is located in the transportation plaza on the baggage claim level.
