Special Info: The baggage service office is only manned when there is a flight on the ground. If a passenger needs assistance and there is no one in the office, the passenger may come to our ticket counter to be helped.
QUICKPAKS and live animals are processed at the cargo office M-F. On weekends all QUICKPAKS and live animals are processed in the baggage service office located on the lower level of the terminal. The office is open at 4:15AM. All items or animals must be processed by one hour prior to scheduled departure.
Live animals must be scheduled through the Continental Pet Safe Desk at 800.575.3335 or 832.235.1541 prior to arriving at the airport.
