Terry Salmon Chairman, Independent Trustee
Terry Salmon was appointed to the Trust April 28, 2010 and serves as the Independent Trustee.
Dr. Salmon is president of Computer System Designers (CSD) a full-time service firm which he founded in 1994. The company has three organizational divisions: training, engineering, and information technology.
Dr. Salmon earned his Doctor of Education degree in Applied Educational Studies in Aviation and Space Education (Management Option) at Oklahoma State University. He also has a Master of Science degree and published numerous articles and books.
Dr. Salmon serves on several boards including: Board of Directors for Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and Technology (OCAST); Board of Advisors for Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce; Tinker Leadership Council; Air Traffic Control Association; Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association.
